Norm Fasteners
As the umbrella brand of the fasteners (Bolt-Nut-Screw-Washer) group; Norm Fasteners is the leading brand of the sector with our high production capacity, in-house production opportunities in the fields of design, tooling, coating and hot forging, as well as a wide logistics network extending from America to China, and strong R&D efforts. In addition to our production activities, we also provide services as a Full Service Provider (FSP) in the domestic and international fasteners market.
Bolts
Established in 1973 by Norm Holding’s founder and Honorary Chairman Nedim Uysal, Norm started bolts production in Izmir Bornova with a single double-stroke set machine. A new facility was established in 1994 in the Izmir Atatürk Organized Industrial Zone, which is currently still in operation. As of 2020, it has reached a total production capacity of 100,000 tons/year from a 53.000 m2 facility in Izmir and 40.000 m2 facility in Salihli. Along with 560 employees in Izmir and 355 in Salihli, Norm continues to serve as the leading company in its sector with its superior quality approach and wide product range.

Nuts
As a result of increasing customer demands and new investments, Nuts factory started production at its current location in Atatürk Organized Industrial Zone in 1996 with the separation of bolt and nut productions. Starting with the automotive industry, Norm provides services to many companies from different sectors both in Turkey and abroad.
It operates in Izmir with 330 employees in a total area of 40.000 m2, including 23.500 m2 indoor space , and in Salihli with 343 employees in a total area of 30.000 m2, of which 16.000 m2 is indoor, and it has reached a total production capacity of 59,000 tons/year as of 2023.

Screws
Screws facility was established.
Norm continues its operations in different sectors such as automotive, white goods, construction, machinery, furniture, electrical and electronics, with 294 employees, in a 20,000 square meter indoor space in the Manisa/Salihli Organized Industrial Zone. As of 2020, with a production capacity of 15,000 tons/year, it has become the fastest growing screws company along with the fastest growing production capacity.

Washers
Norm Fasteners, which started to produce washers for white goods in 2017, continues to produce products with flat, conical, square and oval inner hole forms. It has exceeded 120 million units per year by increasing its production for the automotive, sub-industry and white goods sectors. It continues to deliver fault-free products to its customers with its production and sorting machines of Ø 5 to Ø 60, 1 to 8 mm thick washers that can be attached to bolts or nuts, or have the feature of being attached afterwards. The production forecast for 2022 is to produce 300 million units together with 60 employees.

FSP
Norm Fasteners FSP started its operations in 2012 in order to respond to all customer demands outside of the Norm Fasteners production range, and today it serves many sectors and sub-sectors such as automotive, white goods, defense industry, with domestic and imported products.

Norm Forging
Norm Forging was established in Salihli, Manisa in 2021. It continues its operations mainly in the automotive industry in addition to sectors such as construction, agriculture, railway, energy, defense and machinery, in an indoor space of 4500 square meters in Manisa/Salihli Organized Industrial Zone. Norm Forging aims to achieve a strong position in its field, with an investment approach that follows the latest technology in the hot forging industry.
