Norm Holding operates in Fasteners, Hot Forging, Marketing and Trade, Chemistry, Tooling and Machining – Stamping, Additive Manufacturing, Technology, Machinery and Automation, and Agriculture and Food sectors.

In Norm Holding and its companies, company affairs are carried out by the Board of Directors. Audit, Corporate Governance, Early Risk Detection, Sustainability, Remuneration and Nomination and Investment Committees operate under the Board of Directors in order for the Board to fulfill its duties and responsibilities efficiently. At the same time, there is an Executive Board consisting of the CEO and senior executives under the chairmanship of the CEO in order to carry out the executive activities under the Norm Holding Board of Directors. Norm Holding’s organizational structure, which employs more than 4,000 employees, consists of group presidencies and business units. In addition to the Industry and Trade Departments, there are support functions.
