Private İzmir Atatürk Organized Industrial Zone Nedim Uysal Vocational and Technical High School, Izmir and Salihli Norm Vocational Training Centers and Norm Sanat are some of the social investments that we have pioneered over the years.
Our Approach to Social Contribution
As Norm Holding, while determining our social investment strategies, we focus on shared problems in our country and in the world that overlap with our values and strategies. We aim to expand the value we create with the social projects we create for the geography we live in. In this context, we are developing various projects in order to add value to the society, improve the vision of the society in fields such as quality education, culture and art, and build a brighter future for our community.
Norm Arts
With the mission of providing more opportunities for art and making it accessible to a wider audience, Norm Sanat has brought artists and art enthusiasts together through over 150 exhibitions since 2003. In addition to hosting exhibitions, it offers technical and practical training for art enthusiasts who wish to receive art education at Norm Sanat’s Gallery located in the İzmir Atatürk Organized Industrial Zone. With its contributions to the art ecosystem, Norm Sanat continues its efforts to make art accessible to everyone.

NEDIM UYSAL TECHNICAL HIGH SCHOOL
In 2014, "Private İzmir Atatürk Organized Industrial Zone Nedim Uysal Vocational and Technical High School" was established by the İzmir Atatürk Organized Industrial Zone Management, named after Norm Holding Founder and Honorary Chairman of the Board of Directors, Nedim Uysal. It trains engineers who will shape industrial development.
Students receive 100% scholarship in technology-equipped workshops, laboratories and fully-equipped classrooms for 24 people.
